Our son did the tie release when he was 3 months old. Very good experience with Dr Gep and Helen. Very thorough explanation pre and post surgery. Replies were almost instant through email and they even replied on weekend through text. We sent Dr Gep a video as we were unsure with the the recovery progress, she took her time answering our questions, explained to us about the wound management screenshot by screenshot. Highly recommended!

Dr. Phu-My Gep is a gifted surgeon who cares about her patients' overall health and well being. She is thorough, empathetic, knowledgeable and she made our 5 year old son very comfortable before having a frenectomy. Since his surgery, he has started to eat meat and he says that he can chew better. He has also stopped using his finger to get food out of his teeth; He uses his tongue. He is also sleeping better and his mouth is closed more often. If you're not sure what to do, we highly recommend that you see Doctor Gep.

Dr.s and hygienists are very welcome,but your receptionist all the time looking down to people,I ask questions and she focus only money instead of helping and understanding.I respect the dentists and hygienists were very welcome.

No doubt the best dentistry practice to bring your kids to! We had a 5 and 7 year olds brought for checkup and cleaning and the whole experience was almost an enjoyment for parents as much as the kids! Looking forward to coming again. Dr. Gep is as natural kid whisperer as they come!

I brought my 3 month old daughter here to be assessed for a tongue and lip tie by Dr. Gep. I had gone a week before to another dentist and told she did not have a tongue tie. After a thorough assessment of her tongue function and a discussion of symptoms it was determined that she did have a tongue tie. They preformed the frenectomy immediately after, and never did I feel pressured to have it done. They were kind, considerate and gentle with my daughter and were incredibly thorough in explaining to my husband and myself what was going on. In addition to Dr. Gep they have an amazing lactation consultant, Helen, who helped correct the way I held my daughter during feedings and answered any questions that I had. Within 24 hrs of the frenectomy her feeding improved drama and we were both so much happier. It has now been a week and we continue to see improvements. We had a follow up and both Dr. Gep and Helen assured us that of we ever had any questions or concerns not to hesitate to contact them to chat. I feel incredibly well taken care of, which is so important when my baby's health is concerned. Thank you so much.
