I was interviewed for a position. It went for an hour. The initial phone screening was also for one hour though. Questions were great but they didn’t look interested. Both the ladies had so much attitude. I don’t know, they were cutting me off during my answers and were smiling at each other after doing that. Very immature behaviour! As an HR professional, I believe the candidate deserve a lot of respect and you should listen to their answers properly with interest otherwise nobody has time to waste in this world.
