Sharon made me completely forget I even got into an accident. Talk about customer service and personality! Thank God for people like her because she made what should have been such an annoying process, easy and fun! what a great help you were !! GO SHARON, and thank you again!

This was my first accident ever. This place made the whole process so seamless. A special mention to Sharon and Ahmed who took such great care of me. You guys are awesome!

After getting into an accident the night before I had to go to the North Collision centre to make a formal report. First thing they did was take photos of my car as I drive into the parking lot. Then I was told to take my info into the main office. To be honest I was expecting hrs of wait time and brought my work with to keep me busy, BUT!!! the staff were lovely, very assistive, and there was a good flow to the process. The computers were easy to follow and use, and the staff were right there to provide assistance. In total I spent under 25 minutes making the report. Unheard of at a government office!

After having an accident, it was nice to not have added stress by this process!

We were rear-ended late in the evening. Got towed there around 9:45. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I ended up leaving the car there and coming back at 11:30. Fast working, no wasted time. They made us feel like people, not a number. In and out in a jiffy. When i expressed concern about getting my keys to the body shop, they offered to hold the keys for them.
