This clinic is kitted-out with the latest technology for assessing vision and eye health. It felt re-assuring to know that my eyes were being objectively and quantifiably measured by modern machines and interpreted by the very professional Dr. Salsberg who clearly explained my optical conditions and risk factors. I only waited for 5 minutes to get tested on 5 different machines and be seen by the optometrist (compared to up to 3 hours wait at some Ophthalmology clinics). The staff in the eyeglass retail dept were very helpful and patient in helping me to choose appropriate (first time) eyewear. I went during the first week of Covid re-opening and was pleased to see the safety measures they have implemented including a thermal imaging camera in reception, an antiviral fogger for cleaning all the testing equipment, and a UV oven for cleaning sample eyewear.

My family and I have been coming to Eyes on Sheppard for years and have always been thoroughly impressed with all the doctors there. These last few years my wife, children and I have seen Dr. Black at each appointment. He always goes above and beyond in his clinical and personal care. He is exceptionally skilled and personable, always surprising me with email follow ups after my appointment with him to see how my new prescription is working out for example. I cannot recommend him enough to someone looking for outstanding care.

I have been coming to Eyes on Sheppard for years and I have always been very happy with the service. Today the service was beyond fantastic. I came to buy a new pair of glasses. I am just getting over a concussion. Jason was the man who helped me. He is one of the kindest, most considerate and helpful people I have ever met. He helped me choose the best glasses and he took the time to encourage me about returning to work. Thank you Eyes on Toronto and Jason. You really are one of a kind.

The best place I would recommend,the service here would never let you down. Kids loves Dr Fiona, and the quality service is worth every pennies!
