OHIP

The office for Service Ontario is located on the 4th floor of the building numbered 47.
Currently due to Covid, only a limited number of people are allowed and they have organized it pretty well by handing out tokens for the next available time. It is usually in half an hour slot.
I had visited the place for my health card, however, please ensure that you have all the necessary documents, especially an address proof that you live in Ontario. As a newcomer that might be the only document you may not have. So even though the 3month waiting period has been waived off, it will still take you a month to get hold of an OHIP card.
Don't worry if you cannot print out the form, they will give it to you at the reception along with a handy list of acceptable documents.
