I came here once a few years ago and had a terrible experience but I have lifetime brake pads and needed to get them replaced. After a few kinks, the new manager, Mark, stepped in to ensure that I had a much better experience. He made sure to double check everything before I walked out and ensured me that this is the new standard. Way better customer experience!

The service was excellent! Such a great experience with this dealership. Jim and Luis were very professional and helped us make an informed decision on picking our new car. They were never pushy and provided us with a number of options based on our needs; they also helped us navigate technical considerations in a very understandable but robust way. What we liked the most is that they took the time to explain everything to us, especially as it related to the lease agreement, which made us feel comfortable with the decision as we never felt rushed. Definitely recommend this dealership!

I am a repeat customer of Golden Mile Chrysler and my 2nd experience was better than the first. The sales staff are awesome! They were very polite and extremely attentive. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike who took the time and care to direct me to a used vehicle that best suited me and my budget. He went beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my choice. Jim also was very accommodating in considering my trade in, in order to be able to get the vehicle I really wanted.
