It could be a little cleaner but the woman who helped me was so understanding and catering to my body dysphoria. I felt confident enough for her to look at me in a bra (I identify as male) and looked past all my imperfections. She listened to my story and helped me pick products accordingly. She is so friendly, understanding, and caring. Since it had been a while since I had worn a bra, she fitted me for a new one and properly taught me how to keep the straps and where to clip it in at the back. I definitely felt intimidated because of how masucline I look but she seemed to be unphased and helped me the entire time I was there. She assisted me with prices, padding, colours, everything. I was blown away. She even retrieved items that were too small or that I did not like and came back with replacements, as well as things she thought I would like.
I recommend. Customer servive should always be like that.
Also, their bras are just generally nice. They are always cheap and have excellent deals always. The store is kind of small, but it has a nice selection of body suits and lingerie, and cute things like perfume, whips. etc.

All the sales associates are very helpful and friendly! I came in today and Fatima helped me out with sizing and she was amazing. Very friendly and helpful, made it very easy to find what i was looking for!
