I have always had positive experiences shopping at this location. The staff are extremely friendly and the manager Megan always goes above and beyond for her customers. I drive a longer a distance just to purchase at this location because of on-going excellent customer service from Megan. Asides from that, the store has a large selection always available.

Customer service at this location isnt the best; have to ask for obviously posted promotions to be applied to the order. That being said, I've never had more consistent finds at a better price point than at RW&CO regardless of location.

Quality is great, as always, especially at this price range. They often have sales. Customer service is pretty good. I've tried many other brands that are more expensive for work clothes but I find the quality at RW is more dependable and often cheaper, especially the sale items. Their price adjustment and return policies are very fair and reasonable. Items arrive quickly with online shopping. I like that I can return in-store. I just wish they deliver store to store so I can buy items that are out of stock online.

I know a lot of people are complaining about the sizes they carry but as a smaller women, it is so hard to find sizes small enough on me. I agree that things can be a little over priced sometimes but they frequently have sales so I just shop during that. Sales associates are very helpful and friendly.

I was there a few days go, went in looking for an item on the mannequin. The sales associate who helped me was really nice and friendly. They didn't have my size in the item I was looking for but she found me a skirt with the similar style so I could make sure the one I originally wanted would fit. They placed an order during checkout for the original skirt so it would be delivered to my house. I would definitely recommend.
