I booked an appointment with Pooneh because I was in so much pain, and my doctor wanted to give me a cortisone shot and I was hoping to avoid it. She was able to get me in for a 45 min appointment. Poneh is a fantastic physiotherapist.
She has magical touch. I had abdominal muscle strain from yoga. I never thought physio would be able to help until she diagnosed the problem and after 2 sessions the pain completely gone. Highly recommend.

II have been to this clinic with regards to my right shoulder pain and the lack of proper movement. She spends a good time assessing your specific problem and helping you recover.
