LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services

Here today for blood work. Not impressed with the service skills of the receptionist. When we arrived she was busy doing something with her printer. We stood there waiting for her to acknowledge our presence. She continued working well n what she was doing. She should have said something like (sorry I’ll be right with you. Sorry a bit picky about customer service but someone should teach her how to greet clients

On a positive side person taking the blood(a Spanish lady) did a great job and was very pleasant Short wait time

I always love coming back to this LifeLabs location for many reasons.

I found that this location in particular is less busy than other LifeLab locations in the area.

I also LOVE the lab technician lady with the big, curly hair (unfortunately, I forgot her name). She is always so caring and friendly. She makes someone who is very scared of needles (me) feel very comfortable and at ease. Thank you!

Paid parking lot behind the building. I arrived on a weekday morning without an appointment (after an appointment next door) and was in and out under 20 minutes. I like that there was a screen displaying wait times. There was only one very professional lady working as the receptionist and phlebotomist so I see how it might get long as more people show up.
