Pluto Bitcoin ATM (Inside 6030 Exchange)

I've had Coinbase for a couple years but never knew how to withdraw cash from crypto currency. I Googled how and came across Pluto Bitcoin ATM. It took me 3 tries because I didn't understand the process (kept sending the wrong amount of btc even thought it was on the screen AND ticket *facepalm*) but Mark, a customer service rep from Pluto Bitcoin ATM, was extremely patient with me, literally helping me over the span of 3 days!!! I successfully withdrew $300 from the Pluto ATM after Mark texted and called me, and when he refunded my incorrect transaction he even aided me from a financial standpoint saving me in transaction fees. Excellent customer service and, after clearly understanding the instructions, an exceptionally easy-to-use Bitcoin ATM! I'd submit 10/5 stars if I could. Thank you, Mark and the entire Pluto team!
