I came to Yorkdale store to return a faulty jacket under warranty and was issued store credit. The sales associate was super friendly and helpful. She took her time to show me around the store and explain the differences in stitching between winter coat models. I was able to select a replacement jacket with her help. I ended up being very satisfied with my experience, even though it started off on a negative note, given my original jacket was faulty.

I was very disappointed with two purchases made from the Rudsak brand (jacket losing feathers and boots losing fur). Domenica (store manager) and sales associate Joseph handled my issue from the very beginning with professionalism and genuine care for my dissatisfaction. They provided exceptional customer service and it is truly appreciated! Thank you for turning a negative experience into a good one!

Had an absolutely amazing customer experience at this location. Courtney helped us and was great! She was very patient and polite and is a great problem solver. I will definitely be coming back to this location because of the positive experience Courtney provided.

Great jackets and parkas. Customer service is first class. All staff are on their toes to make sure you're being served right.

I'd say better than Canada Goose which is just hype. Especially by making customers wait in a queue, the marketers at Canada Goose have managed to trick people into making them think they're buying into a 'unique' piece of clothing.
