I am very grateful for Shayla's help while I was at the store. She was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful.
She went so far above and beyond to ensure my concerns were resolved in a way that associates at other retailers wouldn't even bother considering.
Based on my experience with Shayla and her team, I will make every effort to visit this location for any and all paint I need -- and I live downtown, near the lakeshore. I'm willing to make the trip.
