    Associates at this store are absolutely phenomenal. I encountered issues with a return, and Shayla, the branch manager went above and beyond to service me and ensure I was satisfied.

    I am very grateful for Shayla's help while I was at the store. She was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful.

    She went so far above and beyond to ensure my concerns were resolved in a way that associates at other retailers wouldn't even bother considering.

    Based on my experience with Shayla and her team, I will make every effort to visit this location for any and all paint I need -- and I live downtown, near the lakeshore. I'm willing to make the trip.

    Thanks so much for the help, you made my life so much easier and had me leaving the store with a smile on my face. Keep up the great service ?
