(March 4, 2019, 2:34 pm)Nothing stands out about the experience at this location. It is not a flagship store in a high class neighbourhood, and it shows in the state of renovation versus larger stores. It is clean enough, with mail and friendly and knowledgeable pharmacy staff. Where it falls down is service. Staff is not exactly brimming with enthuenthusiasm, and service can be quite slow with lines building in to the aisles before help is called.
(February 5, 2019, 7:31 pm)Pharmacy is good - a bit of a wait but.. it is what it is. Shoppers Drug Mart itself is expensive, but that's the whole chain. Spent $25 for an item that is $12 at Walmart - I don't shop here unless I absolutely need to - but the pharmacy is where I fill my prescriptions.
