We recently placed an order through the Structube on Lawrence. The sales associate, Amanda, went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. Her professionalism, knowledge of the project, and great personality made for a very easy and painless purchasing/ordering experience. She was quick to respond to any questions we had with our order and was always in touch with updates as to where our order was and when it would be delivered. She gave great advice on both the style of the pieces we chose and items that would compliment them well. A huge thank you to her for all her help with this. Shop with her, and you will be in great hands!!

My experience doesn't reflect the other reviewers. I ordered an online item for pickup at this store and their system is very efficient: park at the side and they load in the item. I later had to replace a part and the customer service person (Gino) was very helpful in ordering in the replacement part and letting me know it was ready. I had a good experience at this store.
