(December 4, 2015, 6:35 pm)Joel, the owner of this shop always has the customers' best interests in mind, and goes out of his way to ensure they're satisfied with their eyewear. My family, friends and associates have been going to this shop for almost 20 years and the service has never changed. On a recent pair of glasses that were semi frameless, he wasn't happy with the way the edge of the lenses were finished. He sent them back and had them refined so I'd have the perfect pair. That's customer service at its highest level in my books.
