The first time was a direct order at the counter; I have waited for 20 minutes for two drinks but I totally get that they are busy. Second time was an order from the delivery app which works well and I did not waste time waiting for my drinks. And I can tell that they are making improvements every time I ordered! Thanks for your hard work during COVID-19, and bring us such good food(drink)!
