I actually worked at another Zara in Toronto (saying for transparency). Staff here were all very helpful and friendly, products were as well displayed as they can be when customers throw stuff around ???? tried on a dress/kimono set and ended up buying shoes. Would visit again if in the area!

Good balance between quality, style, and price. Although most designs are made for slim/toned bodies. Some designs do come in relaxed/oversized design. Sizes range from XS to XXL. Fitting rooms are pretty clean and accessible. Additionally, keep a look out for sales!

Experience at this store was phenomenal. Not only the quality of the clothes, but the employees themselves made it amazing. There was this one employee by the name of Nash who helped me pick out my entire outfit for an upcoming semi-social event. Without his help, I would have a disproportional fit. Told me the truth and what recommendations he had for my body type. Overall friendliness and helpfulness made the experience very smooth. Even after I had purchased the fit, Nash took the time to teach me to tie my tie for the event. Walked me through the steps and was very patient. Can safely say, I thoroughly enjoyed the shopping experience, not just due to quality of clothes but hospitality of Nash and the other employees.
