“Not all branches are the same and I really want to give this one a shout out. This branch has been extremely helpful in our entire financial process. We have been with CIBC for a very long time and I have always been very satisfied, but this branch takes it to another level. We were looking for a proactive financial advisor due to the lack of attention from our previous financial advisor. This branch ensured everything was transferred properly and with little effort from us. In the end, it was all worth it. We gave CIBC one more shot under the watch of Anna and Bilal and I am happy that we did. Bilal is exactly what we were looking for when it comes to our financials. He reviewed our account prior to meeting, had a solid plan on how it was to be handled, and gave us an explanation in simple English.
