Body Harmonics Pilates has become a constant in my life. It has helped me learn to listen and be aware of my entire body, given me core strength and balance, emotional peace, and a place to gather with others who share a common goal.
I take two mat Core Essentials classes per week, enhanced with periodic private class.es at the Eglinton Studio. My regular instructor and support has been Clarissa but all of the teachers at Body Harmonics are well trained and fun to work with..
I have gained so much as a person who has been injured and who is travelling the road to recovery after a debilitating accident. With encouragement from my physiotherapist, I have engaged in this most positive form of rehabilitation and have actually enjoyed it more than I ever would have ever imagined. I look forward to each and every class and have balanced my entire schedule around Pilates. Can't live without it now. Thank you.
I've been taking classes at Body Harmonics Eglinton for one month now and I am very happy that I've chosen this place. Whether you are looking for private or group classes, this is the best place to go. Staff is polite and professional, the facility is clean and organized. It is really easy to buy passes and schedule the classes online. I recommend it.
I have been going to body harmonics for a few years and have had the pleasure of experiencing this studio in many different capacities. From the group classes, to one on one sessions, to the teacher trainings and continuing education every experience has been stellar. The way they approach movement is so simple and makes so much sense you wonder how it is ever taught any other way.
I am a fan of Body Harmonics, having tried many gyms in the past and ultimately found them wanting. One of the things I really like about Body Harmonics is that you don’t join with a membership. You “pay as you go” by buying the classes of your choice and/or personal training sessions. I love that model. You don’t waste money. In simple terms, when you go, you’re charged, when you don’t, you aren’t. . I feel like every dollar I spend on fitness goes directly to my personal benefit. I can highly recommend classes as well as one-on-one training which is very effective particularly if you have some injuries as I do. My favourite trainer is Beth who teaches Pilates and is interested in your issues and designs training to push you but not kill you! A welcome approach for me. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and effective in what she does. I have really increased my strength and flexibility and feel better for it. All in all, this is a bit of a discovery in the world of beasty gyms and I think they have a very unique and successful model. Highly recommend.
I first went to the Eglinton Body Harmonics Pilates studio because I had an injury that stopped me from going to my regular gym. I decided to do private training with an incredible instructor named Beth, who was careful to adapt the moves so that I could strengthen while not hurting my injury. This method has made my healing process speed up tenfold. The atmosphere there is clean, serene and peaceful. The focus is on health and strength and that works for me. The staff is polite, professional and all correspondence is spot on. I'm so glad I found this studio and Beth. Life is better.
