  Laura is an excellent RMT! She is extremely knowledgable with a lot of experience supporting injuries and a wide range of health issues. The massages are wonderful! Every treatment is personalized and very professional.

  Absolutely floored with my experience at Shey Wellness! I have been seeing Laura N. for nearly a year now, and I am so impressed with how she asks me questions and really listens to my concerns at each treatment. I originally came in for an assessment to address shoulder and neck pain (combination of sitting at a computer and I'm hunched over doing services for my work) and Laura recommended deep tissue massage. I couldn't believe how much her magic hands improved the pain after one session and I have kept coming back ever since. Now, the pain is completely gone! The atmosphere at Shey Wellness is also very inviting. Laura really adds to that comforting feeling - she is personal and professional and really knows what she's talking about. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does and takes the time to explain causes and treatments. Whether you're looking for pain relief or relaxation, I would highly recommend Laura and Shey Wellness. I often see the same faces returning to her too, and it's obvious why she has such a loyal clientele! Thank you Laura and Shey Wellness! I am so grateful to have found you!

  We went to Shey Wellness Clinic this past weekend as part of our girls weekend. It was our first experience in this clinic and we were genuinely impressed and please with the services we received. The clinic has a warm and welcoming ambiance and David at the front desk is helpful and on top of any needs you have. The massage rooms were comfortable and clean. My masseuse Curtis was very good and professional and my experience was great! It's located in a convenient, central location and is easily accessed by car or public transportation. Highly recommend this clinic and staff! Can not wait to go back and will be telling everyone I know! Thank you Shey Wellness Clinic!

  Conveniently located in midtown Toronto; Shey Wellness Centre is just walking distance from the Eglinton Subway Station. They boast a wide array of services and different health care professionals to promote a healthy, happy body. As you step through the front door, you are greeted immediately with a smile and an offering of tea or water. I don't think I've ever felt more welcome at any other clinic. They really demonstrate a high level of customer service. Curtis, the massage therapist, extends this notion with his initial approach to you. He is very thorough with my history, and patiently answers any and all questions I ask. He instantly puts me at ease and I know I'm in good hands. I'm a server at a busy restaurant in downtown Toronto. My shoulders are pretty banged up from the all of the lifting and carrying that I am required to do. I let it get to the point where it has been uncomfortable to sleep in any position. Curtis was able to come up with a treatment plan that best suited my needs. I've seen various massage therapists throughout Toronto and I'm pleased to say the approach at Shey Wellness and Curtis' technique far exceeded my expectations.
