The eJ exercise program is a good alternative to going to a gym, especially now, when ability to go to a gym is restricted. The eJ helped in my mobility issues, especially helping ease my knee and low back pain. Working out the whole protocol (roughly 15 minutes in length) relaxes me and I feel like I just had a good massage after completing one. It helps for a better sleep, too. Anybody will benefit from it -- like -- a lot. Thought it good to share this experience in case it helps even one other person.
