Omar and Simon not only completed our entire commercial renovation but also helped with the design and concept. They have a particular understanding of restaurant/bar design as they have past experience working in that industry and helped us create something both functional and beautiful. Fine woodworking is their forte but they also completed flooring, stairs, drywalling, and all other aspects of our renovation. We were on a tight timeline and the work was finished within our allotted window along with several additional touches (beautiful wine bottle holders, our sign!) that they went above and beyond to make. Professionalism, creativity, good music playing, and workmanship with heart was what we experienced with Fair Builders. We also found them (incredibly) on a Restaurant Industry facebook group through a referral - I would say that if you're a bar/restaurant looking for contractors to snap them up if they're available- they had such a huge part in making our business what it is. Can't say enough good things about these guys.

I can't emphasis how incredible their craftsmanship is. They went so far beyond my expectations and the results were spectacular. Professional and remarkably fair priced.

After a month and a half of getting exorbitant quotes from unresponsive contractors, I stumbled along Fair Builders in a Facebook group. Simon and Omar were polite, fast, easy going and most importantly, fair. They finished my floating deck in 2 days and even built a small garden bed at the back. These guys deserve more word of mouth and I would definitely use them again for any contracting job.

Simon and Omar just completed a fence replacement for my backyard and my neighbours. I don’t usually write reviews but these guys deserve to get their name out there. Simon is very professional. The quote was prepared quickly and emailed with a precise diagram that included the cost breakdown by section. He arrived right on time every day and the work was completed on schedule and they cleaned up everything when they were done. The quote was fair and the quality of materials and construction were great. I definitely recommend these guys.
