  The service is very friendly. The food is fresh and delicious. The price makes it all even better. The meat was delicious and flavorful. The spices that they are using are a great blend. I really enjoy the tangy tzatziki that help the whole thing together. My pork slouvaki wrap was awesome.

  This is a fantastic place - right at the corner of Roncesvalles and Queen West. I lucked into going here because I was at St. Joe's hospital and we wanted a place that can do vegetarian as well as meat.
  
  The owner does the cooking during the day. He is a friendly fellow who likes to chat. The food is excellent. The portions and prices reasonable.
  
  One thing - this is a real Greek place. The Greek culture eats meals slowly over conversation and in friendship. They only eat quickly when the food is poor. Please remember this when visiting. The owner wants you to sit and enjoy what he prepares for you.

I had lunch today at Gyro Bar! Souvlaki Kitchen. It's been open since September and on my radar for a couple of weeks (an Eggsmart used to be there). It's not a fancy place but it's comfortable. I ordered a chicken souvlaki dinner without salad. It was really good. The chicken was freshly cooked just for me and tender.
