I'm so glad I found this clinic! Dr. Benjamin Ghotbi is very professional and experienced. He never makes you feel like you're wasting his time. He takes his time to explain every detail. I would recommend him!

I've been a patient of Dr. Ben Ghotbi for a few years now, since he took over the Edward St. dental office from the ladies who took it over from my dear Dr. Porczinski when he died. I have not been disappointed. Dr. Ben has the most up-to-date equipment and service, and whereas placement of a crown was a major undertaking, Dr. Ben does them so painlessly and efficiently, I can't tell you which ones he's done. Today my jaw muscles were in a painful spasm from bruxism/clenching, and he used a technique I was unfamiliar with to release the spasm and showed me how to do it myself.
His assistants are invariably capable, friendly, helpful and will always do extra for you if you're floundering. He is understanding if you're functioning without dental insurance coverage. When I broke a tooth at 9:30 p.m. on a Friday, I called his emergency # and got him! Could I make it out to their Scarboro office for tomorrow at 10 a.m.? You bet! I'd trust him to do anything, and at age 77 I'm counting on never having to change dentists again.

I found dr. Ben Ghotbi's Toronto downtown clinic,"H&M Dental" in Summer 2017. He offered me the best price-deal in town for the gum's bone loss' treatment and implants. At first, I was quite suspicious and anxious about it, but very soon it was obvious that I'm in really good hands, dealing with very skillful, genuine and friendly dentist. He always had a time to answer my questions, point out and clarify all treatment options in simple, easy to understand language...

Well, I've got great two implants without any complication - since then, Ive decided to become dr. Ghotbi's regular patient and couldn't make a better choice, really! His professionalism, extremely approachable and cheerful personality make me simply very comfortable. The front desk receptionist, Dorota is so friendly and efficient in organizing and scheduling, even the very last minute appointments. The assistant, Bona always makes my day with her bright smile. Dr. Ghotbi is the best I have seen him for the last 7 years. From wisdom teeth extraction. To implants and everything in between he has been no pain proceedures and quick and easy recoveries. Him and his assistant Bona and Dorota are fabulous and they are the sweetest people you will meet. Always positive, always smiling, and always patient and willing to work with you for scheduling and payment. The work that is done is outstanding. My implant is one of the best I have ever seen. No one could tell the difference between it and my real tooth. Prior to the implant my teeth were crossing somehow he was able to straighten it with out any braces or spacers. I'm so grateful I found him and his team.
