The audiologist Andy is very polite and professional. Even after my test results came back as regular hearing, he sat down with me to listen to my concerns and offer advice. He also let me know I could follow up with him if I had any further questions. I never felt pressured or rushed in any way.

My positive visit was the result of friendly, courteous, and informative service. I was told what to do with the results of my hearing test. The explanation as to what my hearing test results indicated was clear and easy to understand. What will possibly/likely happen as I age was explained clearly with no pressure to purchase hearing aids. Andy told me he would make a follow-up phone in a week to see how I made out with my follow-up doctor’s appointment.
