MyHealth Centre - Toronto Bay - Gynecology, Biopsy, X-ray & Ultr

Excellent experience. Check-in smooth, professional, welcoming, and safe. Waiting room comfortable, spotless, and was being meticulously cleaned and sanitized. Ultrasound carried out with the highest degree of care, skill, and every thought to my possible feelings of comfort or concern. This was relevant as my procedure required (as I had not been told ahead) an invasive element. The technician was very gentle, reassuring, and in every respect totally professional. She was also extremely pleasant. Would highly recommend

I have been to this centre twice and had good experiences both times. I was nervous about my most recent procedure, but Catherine was very kind and gentle. She explained every step, but was efficient and chatted with me to keep my mind off it.
