Bought a suit here for me and my groomsman. Great work, they fit me and helped me choose a 3pc suit, you order it and gets shipped to your house, usually fits well but it ended up being a bit loose on my shirt and coat top but they offer free tailoring once you receive your clothing just to make sure the best fit. Quality is good and price is good for a made to measure suit. Just make sure you give yourself some time for delivery and tailoring if you're getting suits here, and book online for your fittings too. Would recommend.

My previous Indochina suit lasted three years, so needed a new suit and I had been impressed by the previous customer service I'd received in Vancouver. I visited the store on a Monday at ten o'clock, although I believe at more popular times it would be best to book an appointment. This time round the salesperson created a profile for me, it was interesting to see my measurements are still on file (I was remeasured, the salesperson did his job well). The salesperson provided good service to someone who is not well versed on the suit terminology. The process took around half an hour including the ordering. I was given the indication the delivery could take three weeks, I was fortunate the delivery took two weeks picking up from the courier. The suit was a good fit and I had no problem with what I'd purchased and I found the price pretty reasonable. I did pop into the store again to see what the salesperson though,t however, he was not there, there was an alternative member of staff who double checked and gave the reassurance everything was fine and I passed on my thanks to the orginal salesperson.

I recently went in to get a new suit since it's been able ten years since I bought one and didn't have a tailored suit. Nas was tasked to help me find something I could wear for a few weddings I have this year and he was stellar in terms of listening to the things I wanted and providing his opinion on certain aspects of fit and colours. He was attentive and I was happy to leave there knowing my measurements are done and hopefully the suit comes from China fitting well. I've recommended Indochino to a few friends after the experience.

Great made to measure experience, my time with there was pretty quick and everything went pretty smooth. I left feeling confident in the measure and fit of the preview of outfit that I got. Everything was done and the service was very professional. The person that was looking after me has a very good eye for this, everything he suggested I take was exactly what I would have chosen anyway. He knew from the beginning already, what sort of suit I was looking to purchase. Hope this review helped anyone else out. There are a lot of options for customization as well.
