Injury prone person coming to Jays, I was not hopeful that I would get results. However, Jay was thoughtful in getting to know my physical limits, focused on strengthening my weak areas, insisted on rehabilitative moves and well, the rest is history! Saw stronger results under his guidance than I had seen anywhere and I've always been a part of a fitness clubs/training sessions for over a decade!
JayFitness is a fun and motivating place to be. I’m so glad I joined. I’ve been able to crush every one of my goals and bring my confidence up thanks to the support I get from Jay. He’s an amazing coach. You will also get a lot of support from the members, we are one big happy family. I promise you will not regret joining JayFitness.
I am so happy to have found Jay Fitness! I never was a fan of working out and always found it be boring. However, at Jay Fitness the atmosphere is fun and the workouts are amazing. I would highly recommend Jay Fitness.
Firstly I'll start off by saying that I've been to many gyms and boot camp classes over the past 10 years... When I joined Jay, I was looking for a place that could help me further my fitness goals and bring me to the next level of training. I've been training with Jay for the past 9 months and my experience has been nothing but positive and most importantly, I've seen positive results (physically and mentally). Here are the things I love most about Jay Fitness;
- JAY! He is an amazing trainer, one of the best I've had the opportunity to work with. He really cares about his members and always pushes you to reach your maximum potential without being too overbearing. He provides you with meal plans, regular check-ins, video chats, whatever you need to reach your goals, he is there. The moral support he provides is invaluable.
-The program. The schedule may not be ideal everyone, but you have to make time for it, prioritize it. There is a really good variety of classes to choose from, Boxfit, Boot camp, Weight Training... something different every day of the week to keep things interesting. Jay puts a lot of thought into the content of his classes, always trying to improve the exercises and routines to encourage better results. You'll never take the same class twice.
- The members. I cannot say enough good things about the amount of support you receive from all the amazing ladies at Jays. The Facebook support group is really helpful too for inspiration and motivation. It really makes a big difference to be around like-minded individuals who have the same mindset and goals as you. Positive vibes all around!
This is a welcoming and fun atmosphere! An hour passes by in a blink of an eye. And if you actually listen to Jays suggestions you will see results in no time!
