  I highly recommend this studio! I just came from a healthy back workshop and feel incredible! Earlier this year, I was inconvenienced with a herniated disk in my lower lumbar and coming to this studio was the best choice I made. In particular, Stephanie Tencer has been an incredible teacher. Very thorough. Her words and instruction sink in deeply during practice, which allows me to get deeper into my practice.The studio is clean, white and bright. There's a roof top sun window, to allow natural lighting. Its a very tranquil space.

  Excellent light-filled Iyengar studio. Fully equipped with all the props you want. Superb teaching and a friendly community of students.

  I've been looking for Iyengar Yoga in the West End for YEARS and have finally found it. I highly recommend Studio Po. Iyengar yoga uses props to make sure that you are doing the poses in alignment at the level that you are at. It is highly individualized by accommodating individual limitations. It makes sense to me and allows me to truly relax into the poses and I find a much stronger mind-body connection than other forms of yoga. Studio Po has excellent, experienced instructors.
