Neighbour Note

My son just finished a week of Rock Band Camp. It was a great experience. He loved it and loved working with his instructor, Oskar, who is actually a real life rock star. The group performed 4 songs after only four days of practice. Sounded excellent. A lot of fun for the kids, not to mention being creative, working together. and improving their skills. We worked with John over a year ago to create a great band experience through school - thanks for creating another one.

John teaches my son, who has special needs. He is a patient and compassionate teacher who works hard to personalize the lessons and keep them interesting. I like his very apparent belief that any child can be a musician.

Thank you John and Neighbour Note for introducing my daughter to the guitar. Her guitar lessons have become one of her favorite activities and she is so proud when showing us all she has learned. I am so impressed with John’s patience and positive encouragement. He has personalized my daughter’s lessons to make playing her favorite songs achievable. Summer band camp is a sure thing!
