I have been taking Pilate classes with Domenica for a few months now. She’s a wonderful instructor. She tailors the lessons to our individual needs, and being in a small class (3-4 people) means that we all get a lot of attention throughout the entire class. This is an important aspect in yoga and Pilate classes especially for beginners. These classes are only effective if we are doing it the right way. As a new mother I find myself with poor posture, sore neck and shoulders all the time. Now I’ve been doing Pilate I have noticed a real difference. The studio is nicely decorated, very bright and clean, and I love not having to carry my mat to class - they provide very new and clean mats for these classes! I’m continuing my classes as it’s a stress relief for me every weekend!
Nest yoga is fantastic! Cute space and talented yoga instructors and massage therapists. Highly recommend!
I had the pleasure of attending Miranda's Flow Yoga series this past January/February and after the first night I felt my hips to be 10 years younger. How great is that!!! Continuing to go into this next series. A small lovely studio with great energy.
I took the 5-week Yoga Therapy for Stress/Anxiety course with Jessica Cowan-Dewar. It was a valuable experience. Jess is extremely knowledgeable, caring and passionate about her practice. Each week built off of the previous lessons, and I left feeling relaxed and better equipped to deal with stress and anxiety outside of the studio. I highly recommend her classes!
