    I don't mean to be dramatic but THIS PLACE CHANGED MY LIFE!! Stott Pilates is for anyone who intents to age powerfully and offered here for a fraction of the price charged elsewhere. Women's Tone Up is engaging, fun and anyone will see changes is their strength and muscle tone in a short time.There are different Yoga classes (Hatha, Core, Gentle Yoga) as well as Boxing and Meditation/Mindfulness Workshops and retreats. All the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and all around amazing ladies (Sandy, Beatrix, Moyen, Cinda...) Check it out!

    Sandy's yoga classes are always wonderful. She has an ability to make everyone feel positive and to keep us continually challenging ourselves with her creative programs. I have been to gentle yoga, hatha I/II, yoga core, yin, restorative and yoga for runners and each one was great.
    The studio also offers tone-up classes, cross train runners, boxing and pilates. Have not tried boxing yet but can say that the others are great for keeping fit and feeling strong. Cross train runners teaches you how to use both kettle bells and the TRX, so much fun!
