Great place to get cute greeting cards and gifts. This store is a favourite of mine to visit when I'm in DT Toronto. During the pandemic we've been ordering lots of Canadian made and indie greeting cards to send to family and friends. Plus their shipping is free on greeting cards within Canada, which is really handy.

Great little card shop! Only purchased online, but they've got a great selection of greeting cards (love the silly cards) for every occasion and the standard shipping is relatively quick, but it sadly doesn't come with tracking. The website is problem free and set up nicely for an easy checkout process.

If you're ordering with standard shipping, you would want to order at least a week before a special occasional, so you can make sure you get your card on time. Otherwise, you can just use the expedited shipping to get it faster. Cards are great quality!

Great store for gifts and cards. I've been getting greeting cards here for a few years and there's no way I'm going back to drug store greeting cards. I recently made an online order and it arrived quickly and everything was as expected. The staff has always been very friendly with me. I remember a time a few years back where two different employees were helping me figure out which Tokyo Milk scent I was looking for and it took a bit longer than expected since that scent was out of stock, but they were very patient and called me when they got it in. Nice enamel pin selection... I remember coming here in high school and getting buttons too. I've been waiting for years for a doctor to tell me that they have to take one of my organs out so I have an excuse to get one of those adorable organ pillows. The placenta is too cute. Cutest placenta I've ever seen for sure.

One of my favourite shops in the city. I can always find the perfect card and gift, no matter who I'm shopping for. Since I can't go in person I've been shopping on their website and it's great! Great selection and super quick shipping.

I have never been into the actual store, as I live on the other side of Canada, but I did place an online order with them to purchase a couple bottles of a favorite perfume that has become difficult to get ones hands on lately. They shipped out within a few hours of my order being placed, and I recieved the parcel the next business day. It was packaged well with a tiny little packet of samples of perfumed lotions and other goodies from the same fragrance line as the perfume I ordered, in different scents. Plus a little note thanking me for my support. I will always choose to support small business over corporate, so as long as they carry Tokyo Milk Dark Tainted Love Perfume, I will buy from Outer Layer. As well as, I plan to get some Christmas gifts for friends/family as their other inventory looks lovely.
