Popeyes Louisiana kitchen

Average at best. I am just appalled at the quality control for such a location. I mean I hope they know they opened a food joint at one of Toronto go to food hot spots. I do eat Popeye's here and there, and their fried chicken is better than their competitors imo. But they really need to train their staff how to make simple fried chicken. The chicken was way too over breaded and dry. I even tried their new Chicken Sandwich and I was disappointed. I hope they get a chance to either re-train their staff or find other employees who can provide Popeye's great fried chicken. One final note... I hope the employees there at least break a smile here and there and not seem like they hate what they're doing.

Food was fresh, hot and tasty and the location was very clean and seemed well maintained. Customer service was good, especially when another customer came in saying that part of their order was missing. The cashier immediately gave them their missing item and also added an extra box of fries as an apology

Wings are one of my favourites. The wings are seasoned with a spicy seasoning and done just right, with the skin a bit crispy and the meat juicy which makes for a heavenly delight. Love this location
