I actually live here, it's a non profit subsidised housing corporation, people need to be able to live independently but staff & outside resources are involved as needed, they now lean towards 'harder to house' type of people but there have been some success stories... Occasional meals & evening week day programs are some things offered to tenants, people are encouraged to participate but it's optional. Staff & tenants are on a first-name basis here
