To be honest, I am not sure why people are hating on these guys… Anytime I've called them, they have always answered, Joe even gave me his personal cell phone number, in case I had any questions or concerns after hours. I have been renting from them for about six months continuously, since July. Right from the beginning Joe was courteous, accommodating, and willing to accommodate my budget. I also got the privilege of meeting and working with Tanya, the franchise owner, who was also willing to work with me on payment arrangements that would suit my budget. Even when I brought the cars back with some damage, they were willing to accommodate me and work with me to get it fixed, giving me the option to have it fixed and we worked myself and not being charged any extra premiums for having them do it themselves. Overall, these guys have been great And I would refer them to friends, families, colleagues, or anybody that needs a good functional car to rent from.

I booked a car over the phone. Joe was super polite, there were no problems when I came to pick it up - the service was quick and efficient. I don't understand the bad reviews. I rent cars often, definitely recommend this place -good price and service- would rent here again.
