Called to get a quote on both a short and long term rental, they absolutely blew away the quotes I received from two of the larger agencies.
Straight forward conversation with the representative on the phone, all charges were clearly explained.
As a frequent visitor to car rental agencies throughout Canada, I would highly recommend this company.

I have always been pleased with my rental experiences at Ventures, but I was disappointed with a recent transaction. Thank you, Richard, for agreeing to reverse extra charges for a loyal customer. There was a misunderstanding about the total charge of a rental, due to my not asking questions about the fine print in the contract. I take this as a 'lesson learned' and Ventures will be my first choice the next time I need a car rental. Tip: Ask about unlimited mileage, if you will be driving more than 200 km per day.

This place is bless. Friendly staff, good rates, and clean vans that are available when you reserve them. Why go to the big chains when you can go local and get a better product with less hassle?
