Symington Drugs Walk-In Clinic

Mostly nice but when they mess up and you notice or call them they turn it around as if it is your fault! Example i get 60 pills a month. They partially filled my perscription and wrote on label " owe 20". I counted and instead of 40 pills they gave me 39. I called and i believe Patricia answered. I TOLD HER I GOT 39 instead of 40 pills. She proceeded to ask me " you counted them? I said yes. She then said did you count your first fill of the pills. My reply of no triggered her to say you got 61 last time. I said the label said 60. Then she said why did you count this refill. Is it because we owed you. I said yes. So it was a back and forth until she said "you know that you are the only one with this medicine so we know how much we gave you and how much we owe you". I just said you owe me 21 pills not 20. Then she proceeded to argue and challenge me why i counted this time and not before. I just said I am not dealing with this. Then she literally yelled "we will give you your 21 pills". This is not the first time. They have given me wrong things to monitor my diabetes and argued with me. Though i told them what they should have given they took me for a fool yet i have been seeing my specialist for over 5 years. I am not a fool but this pharmacist is a bully.

This clinic is so good, all staff give you all you need with so much attention, Dr Arthur Machado so far is the best doctor ive passed by in these 8 years ive been in Canada, I mean it.
