Stumbled on this while on family vacation. It was a fun spot to spend some time. Doesn't take too much time, and gives some Toronto background I would have never thought available.
Nice friendly place and the officers here are really polite and really care about your community and your safety. Interesting artifacts and articles about our Canadian Police Force history as well.
Great little thing to pass by and see. I had gone in to talk about some stuff at work. Stopped in and looked through and it was interesting to see all the little things they have there. If your going for your police check expect long wait lines. If your with someone else take turns and see the museum it's worth the couple minutes to just go check if your there already.
A small and free museum showing the history of the police department in Toronto. Worth a visit as it's not a topic you would typically see the history of. It's definitely worth a visit if you're nearby and was one of the many things I did in Toronto.
This place is absolutely amazing! I took two of my classes (high school students) on a field trip there and they really liked it. The musuem manager was very helpful and gave lots of great information about the history of Toronto Police. It is a very small museum, but a good collection of police history and some famous crimes. Highly recommended!
