“I first went to this clinic for a walk-in appointment back in October 2019. I have returned twice since then to do follow-ups for ongoing acne and I have to say the clinic is amazing. The space is very clean and modern. The staff are extremely kind, and the doctors are very professional. I feel that they really care about their patients. Since the pandemic began, appointments have become virtual. I had one virtual appointment by phone and the service was still great. The doctor was very kind and understanding like always, and I feel like I got the same great experience I've had in-person during the phone call. I also would like to mention that I love the booking system on their website. Compared to past doctors where I have had to go in person to schedule any kind of appointment, I find the advanced booking system a welcoming and useful feature (especially for a simple walk-in appointment).”

“Very difficult to get through to the pharmacy on phone. Either the phone lines are not working, or the employees just don't answer. Then they put you on hold without telling you anything, and don't get back to you for 15 minutes - if you're lucky. So if you have a question about your medication, you're out of luck. A number of the pharmacy employees are also really rude to add to this. Not all of them - but enough to make it really frustrating. Just the basics of telling a customer, hold on, I'm going to get the pharmacist but it might take a bit, would help, instead of a grunt. Or remembering who is waiting and passing on the information if you gathered it instead of taking the information and not passing it on to anyone which happened to me twice on one phone call. These things are basic customer service. Or when a customer shows up in person, acknowledge they are there by saying hello, I'll be with you in a minute, instead of ignoring them.”

“I recently brought my Chesapeake Bay Retriever to this clinic for not eating for several days. I am beyond grateful for the staff here! As most animals are when they aren’t well, Duke was very scared of people at this time but there was no fear from the doctors and staff. I felt welcomed and felt they cared not only for our doggy’s well being but for our feelings when I was afraid to think what was wrong with our boy! Our Doctor didn’t rush into expensive tests. I didn’t feel they were trying to rip me of my money. We set out a plan diet...medications to rule everything out. Turns out our big boy had cancer and as sad as this post sounds. We had to put him down. If you are looking for a clinic that cares. That thinks of the animal before making money then this clinic is a must come to. Hands down ! They took their own time to give us a cal to check on our boy. See how he was doing and even sent is a card personalized after our big guy passed. Although our journey with this clinic was short. They were remarkable, well educated and Mannered. Thanks again team!”
