She actually walked outside the store with me when I inquired about an item in the window and walked me through the store to find an alternative to the original item that didn't quite fit the way I expected it to. Excellent customer service!
(August 18, 2019, 1:41 am)I wasn't familiar with the Lola black raw hem jeans. Nina was very helpful at the Scarborough Town Centre Store and got me a great pair. Fabulous fit and quality. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable.
(January 26, 2019, 6:31 pm)Generally not a fan but like to find a good items here. Sale associates are very friendly and help the customer. I got a cocoon coat (wool cashmere ) ! Its warm when I was out last week. Just reminding, Toronto had extreme cold weather last week.
