Walmart Scarborough Town Centre Store

Looked for a product for almost half an hour but I asked one nice worker and she found the product for me within seconds lol, love the service

The store variety and customer service is good.
My only reason for the 3 stars is my recent experience in the online shopping pick up at this store.
I did an online order through Walmart.ca. I received an email stating that I can pick up my order from this store.
After I arrived, I asked one of the Representative for the online order pick up. they told me to go down stairs for the customer service.
After waiting 20 minutes in the line, the Representative told me to call the phone number for pick up.
I called and waited more than 10 minutes on hold. after that it took 10 minutes for someone to come and ask about my order number. and then it took 10 minutes for them to bring my order,.
One hour of waiting to pick online order.

This is NOT in Scarborough.. It is actually Spruce Grove, Alberta location. Not sure why it always comes up as Scarborough. The deals are always good. The isles are usually pretty tidy, but not enough staff around to ask questions. There are signs for the 'self scanning price checks' machines but they are either broken or they are removed from the wall.
