Pleased with our purchase. Jennifer provided excellent service. Not too pushy and was flexible. Only giving 4 stars because we haven’t given the furniture enough time to test durability - will update at a later date.

Please do not purchase anything at this store unless you want to have a horrible experience. I furnished my entire house with them. Spent over $27,000 and one of my night stands fell over and broke 2 of its mirrors. I ordered the 2 mirrors over the phone from their service department and it never arrived at my house. 6 months go by and I went to the store and it turns out they delivered it there. They never called me or told me over the phone that it wouldn't be delivered to my house. I get to the store to find out that they messed up and only sent 1 of the 2 mirrors. I've been to the store about a dozen times and have been trying to deal with them for almost 2 years now.
Edit: The store manager has reached out to me and apologized for the mix up in the service department and corrected the mistake. He had the mirror delivered to me home and installed. My original review was a bit too harsh so I have edited it as they could have done nothing but they decided to fix the mistake.

Arrow's furniture quality is great! I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Royce. Service was very professional. My delivery was on time and the furniture set up was quick and smooth.

For quite sometime we have been looking sectional sofas for our family room and been to almost every furniture store/brand. Richard.C from Arrow furniture advise that we should schedule an appointment with in-home Arrow designer Israel.A. He is amazing, if you are looking for professional design advise look no further, from our first meeting he became our sign point of contact and not only help us choose the right style and fabric customize to our specific needs Israel also helped arrange delivery schedule and even resolve a minor order mix-up. I highly recommend Israel and Richard from Arrow furniture.

I rate the on premise sale experience with 6 stars out of 5 for dealing with people like Richard and another Russian guy but they need to improve the delivery team, even tough that's an issue for many companies here in Toronto. I bought a table, I've got a good deal from the sales team but when it arrived it didn't open properly and I didn't want to receive it. The guy that made the delivery suggested that I should receive the table like it is and claim the issue after all with ARROW; and all of that just because he had to go back to the warehouse in that situation.
Well, I didn't not agree and further on ARROW dealt professionally with me.
ARROW seems to have good quality furniture for a wide range of options.
