The Sleep Factory

This review is to let the community in Scarborough know that unfortunately I (Zack, Scarborough manager) have moved on after managing the Sleep Factory Scarborough location for almost 10 years. Many great times and fun memories and I just want to thank anyone and everyone for their business and positive reviews regarding the service I provided over the years. Please feel free to visit any of the Sleep Factory locations for a great deal, mention my review and show the sales guy in the store the review and receive 7% off your total order AFTER TAXES. Sorry I can't give anymore deals to the Scarborough community but that's the best I can do as I sail away. Thank you all and have a wonderful life. It was fun.

Zack

Zack is an amazing sales rep. Very friendly and super helpful service. HOWEVER if you encounter JOHN his service is disgusting. Absolutely no manners, non professional. Barely acknowledge me as I walked in. I purchased from Zack and said I’ll be back to get the mattress. Unfortunately Zack wasn’t there and I had no choice but to deal with John. If it wasn’t urgent I would’ve walked right out and not give them the business. Because of John, I will no longer be returning.

Kudos to you Zack, we need more Zack’s

I'm a return customer to the Sleep Factory and there's one main reason -
excellent service. The store manager Zack is very personable and demonstrates strong product knowledge. He isn't pushy or annoying (which I encountered at two other mattress stores that day before going to Sleep Factory) and he didn't try to sell to me above my price point. He actually offered a discount on the mattress cover! This is the third mattress I've bought from Zack at Sleep Factory and although the showroom and stock are not as robust as larger chains, I'll be returning to him for my next mattress; the service can't be beat!

Zack I want to thank you for the wonderful experience I had a Sleep factory. You were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on all your products and helped me find the perfect bed. I will definitely be coming back when another bed is needed. Also I'll make sure to recommend sleep factory to anyone looking for beds at great prices. Unbelievably amazing service in a time where customer service is a dying entity.
