Was very fast I literally came in one morning and by the next morning it was all done fast and simple
It is a long wait in line and the process takes a while. However, they have a good deal around March 1-3. They do find all the ways you can receive a higher return amount. They are very professional and explain everything in depth. I went to the pop up stand in Malvern Mall. There was only two representatives so this effected the wait time. Overall rating 8/10.
Clarity is everything regarding taxes. I received that with my agent this year. He was very precise, clear and easy to speak with. Sometimes the process can take long, however it wasn't. He answered all the questions that I had and gave me tips for next year. great job!
The accountant communicated clearly about which items were taxable and what weren't. I was very impressed by the way he was able to take care of my taxes for multiple years in a short amount of time. He made me feel calm and reassured that my taxes would be sent out properly and the time frame. Great experience
