Both guy agents are excellent at customer service. I don't mind going there to the small kiosk in the center of the mall. They are my go to spot for Koodo services. They could offer cheaper phones cases because cus there is competition in the mall. Id never spend 2X the amount for a case an screen protector when you can get it for less right there in the same mall.

Mohsin was the most pleasant sales person I have ever dealt with. He was patient in explaining everything to me and as a senior I totally appreciated this. If anyone needs a new phone or plan I highly recommend seeing him.
