Chinese milk tea tastes pretty good here!

Have been a loyal customer for over a decade. I like the taste and combo choices - I feel they're more authentic for a HK style tea restaurant; but every time there's a small jump in minimum they jack up their prices way more to the point that I have cut my visit from several times a week to no more than once per week. It's now much less value for money and I've mostly stopped ordering from the lunch or dinner menu and only order from the all day breakfast menu. The food is never very fresh and there are a couple of waitresses who are outright rude (you'll figure out who and avoid ordering thru them). It's cash only you're not provided a receipt - make sure the bill is correct based on the menu prices.

Friendly, good and reasonable food

The milk tea here is one of the best around. I always come here for the afternoon tea special chicken wings and fries, it's less than $10 and comes with a drink, better deal than McDonald's.

Their HK food is decent, for a price that's just a little higher than what it's worth. On our visit, some of the staff didn't have great attitude. We saw that the other tables that came later got their drinks faster than we did, so we told them to check-up on it, but then I heard in the back a woman is saying "Yell all they want we work on our own speed" in Cantonese. Another staff was also saying "Fine, you can have it" when putting the food on the table. They didn't have these attitudes on other customers though, just us. Maybe they favour customers that come frequently, and I understand that, but from the looks of it we won't be one of them.
