RBC Royal Bank

My experience at rbc being the only branch that’s opened on a sat was, well the line was an hour of waiting. Wasn’t too bad maybe lol, and the customer service was exceptional I was satisfied with how the bank advisor helped me set up my student banking account and was very kind and considerate. It’s covid szn and on a weekend, so the line wait wasn’t a surprise. I’m just thankful I brought all the required documents and one hour in line another setting the account. The line wait paid off. I honestly checked out the reviews online before going, and I was worried I’d have a bad experience. Phew. Shoutout to Robert LOL - Eochy Mao

I've been coming to this location as long as I can remember when we do busy.

However I've never dealt with the regular tellers frequently so I'm not sure how good or bad they are.

The Business counters always have very nice staff working there. They get to know their clients that are coming into deposit so I feel extremely satisfied with this location.
