  We had a bad experience a few weeks ago, when we took our elderly mother to this branch. The Asian teller we dealt with was condescending and unpleasant. In response to me saying “how are you, and explaining what my mother needed, gave us cold stares. We got the message. We have been in Canada 50+ years and have accounts downtown Toronto at TD, BMO, CIBC and RBC. We have never experienced such bad attitude, before stepping into this branch. This past Saturday, the same Asian teller was again condescending and unpleasant. Luckily, Michelle Coangelo was there and helped us out. We had to go back again yesterday. The condescending teller was not there. Jennifer Wen assisted us. She and Michelle made us feel welcome. We wonder if management know how Asian seniors are treated by this teller. The only reason for the three stars, is because of Jennifer and Michelle. Otherwise, it would be zero stars.

  Called in to Bamburgh Circle Branch was pleasantly answered by Claudette. I was thinking of closing my line of credit I had since 1987 however after speaking to this wonderful amazing lady I immediately change my mind to stay with BNS and asked to speak to her manager . Thank you Claudette for the amazing job and making me feel special.
